The first question that is usually asked of me is why I have grown my hair to the point where I can almost sit on it. Well, I don't think I really need a haircut to begin with, although some well-meaning people tell me I need it to look presentable. But Milton had long hair and no one thought his hair made him any less presentable, simply because haircuts were unheard of in his time. So it's all just a matter of what is in style, but why follow trends when what's not in fashion is something you're more comfortable with and does not go against what is rational or moral?

At this point I think I can be proud of having been able to resist attempts to buy me out. I have been able to refuse a sure job at a big corporate newspaper, which was being offered in exchange for not criticizing the incumbent administration and the old policies it took from previous regimes. I don't regret having turned down a bigger financial remuneration; sure you need some money to live, but no one needs all the money in the world, a million times which is too small a price to pay for convictions.

Why I have "ended up" as a writer after taking Legal Management is quite a long story, but we can talk about it if there's anyone interested...
