About Me:
I smoke cigarettes. I don't like people whose
conversations consist of a long list of obscure band names, plus
how much they like them and for how long. Or, at least, I like them
less than I might. I don't like pessimism but I do like cynicism and I
have a beautiful singing voice. Travel makes my heart go boom.

Anybody who doesn't think life has handed them the shit end of the
stick, even if it has.

they call Niles. Some are to strange
and frightening to tell. Niles' essence
seems indescribable, incomprehensible
to the minds of mortal men. But he
exists, floating out there somewhere,
intervening upon our simple lives as he
wishes. Although it is clear that Niles
exists, perhaps even permeates the very
fabric of the universe, exactly what he
is and what his intentions are, is
unclear.
days with the Peace Corps. His
kindness knew no bounds in those days
and he nursed me back to health after
a particularly harrowing illness. We
fell in love, full of idealism and
hope. We celebrated our nuptials by
trying the immortality serum that
Niles had been working on -- I sipped
from a mixture that had been specially
prepared for my body chemistry. Niles
wanted me to live forever.
was a small boy. I... I remember it
vividly. It was the Summer of '89. My
family and I were on a camping trip in
the Colorado Mountains near Estes
Park. Mom... s-she had told me to stay
away from the forrest, just in case
there was a Niles about. But I didn't
listen. I snuck off while my dad was
building the fire. When I ran into the
Niles... it.. it was terrible...
I don't want to talk about this any
more. The scars... have only just
begun to heal...
lately. it's nice to have him out of
his 'i'm going to be the best boy band
member ever, screw you j.tim' phase.
during that period, it was really hard
for me to know the appropriate place
for my loyalties to lie -- i mean, i
love justin so much. but now that his
little 'spell' has passed, we can
happily go back to stalking mr.
timberlake together again. niles does
have the looks that i don't, so i won't
be too crushed when justin picks him
instead of me. i concede he is the
better man. i just hope they take me on
their honeymoon.
