About me? I'll speak in 3rd person... =P
King Chan is non-artist from the graduate class of 2006 from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design. Through aesthetics and conceptual means, he is continuing to learn the way of expressing his inner dilemma and questions about today's world and society. However, with a growing understanding the meaning of being an artist, the more he detests that labeling. He considers himself to be anything but an artist. He sees his work as another means of a human being trying to comprehend and understand the divine purpose of our lives.
King Chan grew up in Hong Kong and immigrated to Canada when he was ten years old. Growing up inside a city drowning in shallow pop culture, along with the strict education system in Hong Kong, he's pretty much completely brain washed to a certain value system. King's conceptions of what art, design, video games, anime and creativity are completely hand fed to him. He grew up pursuing a career and education he never understood. At the end of his degree in Animation, he realizes that the world is so much bigger than just becoming an artist' in our society. King is looking forward into a journey of further understanding his gift in art and learn about the world beyond in business.

He loves his family more than anything, especially his beloved mom who also loves his to death. I believe if one day King's wife falls into the ocean along with his mom, he would definitly save his mom first with no hesitation while kicking his wife in the head to get that jump start. He loves his friends. He treasures his friendships so much that he often tries to attend most of the birthday gatherings of his friends. He is the type of guy who would do things way out of his way to help his friends. He also loves what he is doing, which is, animation of course. He works hard at his job, and not only that, he restlessly seeks improvement, not just for his sake, but also for the good of the company a whole. He loves little kids, a lot. He often keeps smiling and staring and playing with kids. Wait a sec, does he sound like a pedophile? xD Most importantly, he loves God and serves God with all his heart
