      • I can always picture jo's smile. She
has the most genuine and memorable
smile. I love reading about her
entries as a teacher, the trials and
tribulations she goes through on a
daily basis. I'm glad we can easily
        share these life experiences with
        eachother. Love ya jo!

      • ah joanne joanne, who would have ever
thought we would be cool friends? it
all started off that one night january
2002 where i met you at a club doin
your glowstick thang, and i remember i
couldn't stand you being so much better
than i was at those things. since then,
we've chilled, had some good times, and
now you're in dc. it's a good place to
be. but to all you folk who know
joanne, she's fun, and she does
        really "unique" things when she's
drunk. yep, just ask her ;).

      • Joanne's a great friend...many memories
to look back on from those trips we
made basically weekly to NYC to club
all night and to "deal E"..=p hehe.
She's an awesome person to talk to, not
only will she listen to your problems
but she'll give advice to try to solve
them. Miss you lots! Come back to
        Boston soon =)

      • I never really got to know Joanne very
well in the past, but I've always seen
her around and I've always inherently
known that she's a cool person, but I
never really knew why. Well Joanne
left me a really good testimonial a
long, long time ago (yeah, I'm just now
returning the favor, I kind of suck
with that stuff.) I remember that she
gave me that testimonial a couple of
days after a certain event happened and
I was feeling kind of crappy and
        misunderstood. Evidently her powers of
perception are very good and she was
able to notice and understand my
situation. She gave me a testimonial
that included all of the things that I
kind of needed to hear at the time. It
was a very sweet gesture. I realized
now that Joanne is mad cool because
she's just good like that... Plain and
        simple. She's also got a no-nonsense
kind of vibe going about her that I
definitely dig. I know that she's got
        many other awesome qualities that
        hopefully, someday I'll discover. I
just know that she'd make a really good
friend to anyone. Stay in contact with
this one, she's a keeper. Oh yeah,
when she dances, she grinds like she's
trying to start a fire with her butt
and your leg. Well at least I told her
it was my leg. (I don't think that she
believed me.) See you around Jo.

      • :D Jooooo!! I love Jo! I met Jo as
my SSSP mentor at Brandeis. *sigh*
Being the freshie I was, I needed some
        ass-saving several times throughout
        the year...thank goodness Jo was
there. I might still be stranded in
Boston if it wasn't for her. =D Jo
is an extremely hard worker who is
passioinate about living life and is a
greeeeat person to know. I also love
        watching her liondance. :) :D

      • I met Jo during the BAASA bowling night
her freshman year. It was soooo
fun..she seemed like such a quiet and
shy person, but boy was a wrong (in a
good way). :) Then Joanne took me
clubbing my senior year and introduced
        me to someone..ummm..he was really
short, but really nice!! :) Umm..what
else? Jo and I know how to do Tai
        Chi..hehe!! :) Yay!! Joanne's also a
        very accomplished and dedicated person,
she's a great teacher and I'm glad that
        she's one of my friends.
