Networking, Socializing, Studying and you guessed it - partying!

S.A.S.A is the South Asian Students' Alliance. For 18 years it has been the largest
network of South Asian Students in North America! Once a year students
from all over gather to take part in the largest conference for South Asian in
North America. In fact, it is the only event of its kind.



The conference not only concentrates on fulfilling an educational requirement
but also has a keen focus on culture, and of course entertainment. Each year we
take all the positive aspects from previous S.A.S.A.'s and add new elements to
them, in order to make each conference better than the one before! Our
slogan for S.A.S.A. is "Education, Culture,
Entertainment!" and this theme will be prevalent throughout the
conference, as that is what S.A.S.A. is all about!

The conference also serves as a forum for individuals to share ideas and experiences from others that have attained academic and financial success. In addition, the conference provides prominent role models from diverse backgrounds.
Speakers such as PEPSICO's CEO, Indra Nooyi, CNN's Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta,
Award winning author Chitra Bannerjee, motivational guru Deepak Chopra, Director of BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM, Gurinder
Chadha are just examples of the many who have come to the conference to encourage and motivate students to explore non-traditional careers.



Each consecutive year, the annual conference committee sets higher goals and strives harder to bring together South Asian youth from across North America!
