do you ever get that feeling that you're getting fat?

that's me. i always get the feeling that i put on a few pounds everytime i eat. i don't think its an eating disorder or that it manifests some kind of psychotic disorder. i guess when you had weight issues before and you shed those pounds with so much hardwork you become wary of your diet.
