if you really want to know...
photos and stories of my travels (a work in progress)
a dreamer, a wander, a lover.... and sometimes a photographer
i am a woman of intensity and passion.. in many ways i am sensitive and idealistic, i want the world to exist the way i dream it, and it breaks my heart when i encounter people who are negative, mean-spirited or hateful... a true aquarius at heart, i act on intuition and empathy most of the time... my biggest pet peeves are ignorance and discrimination...
i'm learning more and more to be impulsive and follow my dreams, which for right now means traveling and playing around with photography.. (a few publications, paying clients, and photo contest under my belt, but by no means a professional) i'm also a *huge* fan of snowboarding and scuba diving, and try to do as much of both those things as i can... but who's to say what that will be tomorrow..
i'm strong, stubborn, independent, loud, silly, and a little bit crazy... few can keep up with me, but those who can win a place in my heart forever :)
to understand me you have to understand the nature of a traveler.. life is short, you need to learn to live in the moment and follow your dreams where they make take you.. there is no time like right now, who says we all need to follow the graduate college, start a career, get married, buy a house, have kids, grow old, and die path... i'd much rather live and let the rest fall into place when and where it may... that said, i recognize the importance of taking care of responsibilities and making sacrifices in order to achieve your goals and dreams...

enjoyed the world's best planetarium
that is the playa together. As well as a
lot of other memories. I can't believe it's
taken me so long to tell you all what a
lovely and lively woman this gal is. She
took my advice and set sail to see the
world, and did it before me! B!TCH! But

time that I met Tina but I think it might
have been at the house warming
party for her, Patrice and Theresa.
Tina was the one woman in the
house that I knew the least at the
time. Well, now who knows how
many years later(is anyone
counting?) I now know Tina about as
well as Patrice but I'm not really sure.
I see Tina around at random
functions and get togethers and it's
always good times. Especially at last
years Black Market where she told
the tale of her Swollen Lip!! I was soo
sad for your lip, you had ice on it and
everything, it looked like some girl
beat you up for taking her man or
something??? geez Tina!! Why do
you do such things?? Well lady I'm
sure I'll be seing you shake your
thing again one of these days

friendship is so deep that ... If it
would help maintain this, I'd laminate
chickens for her. Not just some foster
farms no names. Vegas chickens. Risky
business.
While it seems like nobody notices, without
her radiance and warmth we would all live in a
very dark world indeed.
because if you don't agree with her...
you're wrong. It is that simple, and
she will dance your socks off too. But
aside from always being right and
knowing how to get down, she is an
amazing person. She always a
shoulder to lean on when you have a
problem and always has the best
advice to give... and I have her right
across the hall!

WHAT? Tina should be one of the FIRST
people I write a testimonial for! Tina
holds a particularly warm spot in my
heart as one of the amazing people I
met at Connecting the Bay (anybody
remember the SFR party in the berkeley
hills?) True true, her reputation as a
hottie is right on - sadly she's way
out of my league. What guy wouldn't be
intimidated in the presence of the
original moon goddess? I love reading
her livejournal posts, she's very
thoughtful - and thought-provoking.
Her huge list of friends is another
hallmark of her quality as a person.
Although she may not talk to all of us
the time, she makes it her business to
take care of those she cares about; she
knows what's going on with them,
listens to them, and helps whenever she
can. And Cesar's right... Tina's
rockstar partyability makes her a blast
to hang out with at events. Muy muy
hugs, goddess of the moon!
