So you made the first move to get in touch with him? Yeah right! No regrets at all, I don’t care if what other people thinks of me but it was a nice experience knowing him. What are the things you have talked about? I asked him if he had a girlfriend, he just smile at me and offer me a drink, He is a man of character, very decent, gentleman, down to earth, sincere when talking and very friendly. He always makes segway on jokes and makes funny faces. So he didn’t answer your question? Absolutely. No. Even until now, I have no idea if he had a girlfriend, he is a man of few words and I’m not the type of person who keeps on asking something personal, It needs a very long time to know him better. Pjhay’s Lovely Day: Thank God for an another wonderful morning given to us.. Do a light exercise that will make you sweat.. An hour of shower while singing to add eitement and fun.. Have your make-over and be presentable.. Eat your heavy breakfast and take your vitamins.. Give a smile to those people you will meet.. Be Positive all day and Reject Negative Instincts.. Show your best shot in everything you will do as if it would be the last.. Chin up and be proud while walking, Develop your self-esteem and Show the world the attitude of a Super Model wannabe!! Never be insecure to the looks of other people, You dont need to be handsome to have an X-factor, Star quality and Sex Appeal!! Its the attitude that speaks to the wholeness of yourself!! Be Yourself not a copycat of other personality!! Eat your lunch properly but have balance-diet, avoid softdrinks.. I prefer to eat beef and breast chicken to have a buff and muscular body.. I avoid oily foods, sweets and cold drinks.. I take a walk after I eat to burn the calories of the food I have eaten. Learn, Discover and Think something new that you have never try. Avoid doing Bad things if you dont like to do good things. Be careful to your words; be sensitive enough to the feelings of other people. Always step on the ground when receiving praises and compliments! Be a man of Character! Have a quality time to relax and have your leisure time to avoid stress and anxiety.. I just eat light snacks that would not make my stomach bloat!! I always summarized all the things I did in the whole day whether if it is good or bad, I made realizations and a deeper thinking about the certain problems I had encountered. But I never think a problem as a big deal, I just pray to God to find solutions on how to resolve the problem that I had encountered. Never Quit, Always be a winner!! Life is unpredictable, and we have no idea what is going to happen next. When it comes, it comes - the future will take care of itself.
