moving
spirit behind the Philippine Council of Management
(PHILCOMAN),the oldest management organization in

Philippines.It sponsors the annual Philippine
Management
Congress traditionally keynoted by the President of the
Philippines.PHILCOMAN was founded upon the advice
of
Lillian Gilbreth, an associate of F.W. Taylor, founder of
Scientific Management.She was then an exchange
