About Me:
I like leaving very strange and funny messages on friend's voicemails, or writing really cheesy, flowery poems for my close pals in which the language is so grandiloquent and florid that it masks the complete lack of content or meaning. This is a good skill to possess if in fact you procrastinate as much as I do when it comes to papers and such. The reason I procrastinate usually is not so much a lack of interest, but actually an overabundance of interest in either socializing, playing music, or exploring the deeper mysteries of the universe via myriad flora. Not fauna though.
The cool thing is, I'm a happy guy. I mean I am very content with my life and my past and future. A lot of it has to do with the unbelievable web of friends I have accumulated. They are all so ridiculously smart and engaging and loyal. It just blows my hair back...even when I'm battling the consternation I feel sometimes when I think about how spread out they all are.
It's really tricky describing oneself. I don't like doing it. Commercials are bad enough when the product isn't yourself. But, I will say that I am a very focused, centered person. I have very few inhibitions. I make friends very easily and keep them. And I am drawn to adventure and a party-filled lifestyle.
Here are a few things I have done that really blew my mind:
Climbed the third largest pyramid in the world
Played a concert with Yo-Yo Ma
Saw the Roots twice in concert
Saw Renee Fleming live
Almost got struck by lighting while sitting on top of an Aztec ruin
Played Rite of Spring with a bunch of my homies
been stung by a jelly fish
was an extra in Jaws 3
saw Bill Clinton speak at Yale
more to come later....

such a positive and contageous energy.
He is my only friend that I can spend our
whole phone conversation laughing and
still feel it was the best 10 minutes of
that day. He's also the kind of person I
want to kick myself everyday for not
getting to know sooner. Life's too short
to be void of Andy and his ISMS. Ever
since we were dance partners and you
borrowed my black dress and leopard
coat for the EOC show I felt this
amazing connection with you. Whether
you were sharing your chewing gum with
me, eating Chef Boyardee
after "conducting" class with me, trying
to make out with me (in front of my
boyfriend), or buying Wegman's subs
with me I loved you and always will. Not
to mention folks, this guy is hot! All you
men out there should feel extremely
fortunate that this amazing man is
looking for one of you or I would be your
biggest competitor. Andy's
musicianship and compelling talent
continue to inspire me daily through this
career.
