years now. I'm a bridesmaid in her
wedding next year. She has, on more
than one occasion said we are cut
from the same cloth. I suppose all of
this says more about me than her
but what I really mean is the future
"Mrs. Benson" or "FMB" as we call
her ROCKS! She is a legend at the
box and has a great personal
relationship with Blue Mary. My
boyfriend still refers to her as
Destiny's Cousin and never leaves
the house with out saying "maybe we
should call Marina and Erik". A
fundraising, librarian, punk rock S &
M queen Marina takes the cake. And
she'll eat it too. She is also a cranky
grammarian
testimonial for Marina. This is
because Marina is smart and Marina
is witty and Marina can talk
intelligently about quite possibly
every single subject ever known to
man. She makes me want to read
more and see more and learn more
so I can bring at least half as much
as she does to the conversation.
Confession (I think I already told her
this one drunken night): in one of her
many eloquent, insightful emails to
me, I caught a grammatical error and
actually gloated. Of course it hasn't
happened since, and that's why you
can be certain I'll proofread this ten
times before I submit it. Unless, of
course, I delete it altogether and
attempt to write Testominal #6...
between Marina and Mark Robinson, but I
know they're both spoken for.
