who makes 'hedge fund' sound kind of
kinky. if he was in a james bond
movie, and james bond was for some
reason into guys, Tom would be the
love interest who, coincidentally, is
also the banker for the evil villan,
(who for the purposes of this
testimonial we'll call Dr. X.) In the
first scene where Tom appears, he would
be in the Hamptons at Dr. X's estate on
horseback, wearing riding breeches, of
course. When James Bond gets out of
his car on the driveway, right at the
front doors of the estate, Tom would
come riding up. Then the theme music -
probably by Tina Turner - would
start. The riding crop would be
involved, but I'm not sure who would
wield it.
(like one of this other friends!), so I'll be
concise: sweet, hot, super smart, career,
family, and friend-oriented, likes to party, and
also mellow out. How do you maintain such
balance, Tom? Here, LA, anywhere - I'd hang
out with Tom anytime. Oh, and if you're
looking for a matchmaker, make sure you're
on his friends list! xx C.
p.s. Ask him to say something in Spanish - to
die for!
10) The fact that he's really good
looking. This is #10 because it also
pisses me off how good looking he
is. Fucking Mediterraneans.
9) His impish smile - you know he's
thinking naughty things.
8) His grandfather laugh - he actually
slaps his thigh sometimes and
guffaws. It's great.
7) The fact that he can talk to anyone,
about anything, at any level, and they
end up walking away smiling. That's
only if they walk away. They usually
stay the night, I think.
6) His excellent culinary skills, his
penchant for pulling together simple
and impressive foods with flair and
ease. If Nigella were a hot gay man,
it might be Tom.
5) His excellent parties. 'Nuff said.
4) The way his eyes lit up when I told
him to turn in his toes. (ask him)
3) The way his eyes lit up whenever I
told him medical stories that involved
things being where they shouldn't.
(lunchbox)
2) That, in blatant defiance of his
success in every realm, he is kind,
compassionate, warm,
down-to-earth, and is possessed of
the best kind of romantic spirit.
1) His choice of friends.
athlete, the musician, philosophe,
romantic, world traveler, and always
the savvy business man who knows the
bottom line. Did I mention he can cook?
Don't fall too hard though, he is a
Gemini. Some of my best purchases ever
were made shopping with Tom. Tom, you
were right, the black strappy gown was
a good investment and I still wear the
shoes.
