About Me:
I hate it when people ask me to describe myself because I
never know what to say and there never seem to be the right
words...some people like me, some people hate me, some
people wish the ground would open up and swallow me
whole...and frankly I don't care what those people think.
As for what I think, I'm one of those guys who is as comfortable in a t-shirt and jeans (or kilt) as I am in a tux or a Hugo Boss powersuit. was raised by the steeliest of the Steel Magnolias and with a little bit of libation my slight Southern accent becomes a bit more pronounced. And, for the record, the kilt is really more for comfort and style rather than any fashion statement.
I have a definite adventure streak in me which includes my recent trip to Italy (where all of the kilt pictures were taken) where I did eight days of hiking in Tuscany and then branched out on my own for another week and went to Siena, Pisa, and Venice while basing myself in Florence. On the plus side it was good being able to set my own schedule and do what I wanted to do without the encumbrance of planning with someone else (because I am really not a big museum person I learned) but at the same time, I had an amazing experience that I wish I could have shared with someone in person rather than in pictures. I'm looking at New Zealand or Costa Rica as my next conquest...Costa Rica has the rain forest zip lines while New Zealand has bungee jumping. This one will be a tough call...

Who I Want to Meet:
Surprise me...you never know who I'll be drawn to...or what I'll be wearing at that time...maybe you'll find me in a kilt and you'll just have to wonder what's on underneath...if anything at all...
My only requirement is that you have to be able to laugh at yourself and can't take life too seriously. My motto has always been that life is an adventure that is meant to be lived. Take the risk and dive in...then again, isn't that what happened when I thought it was a good idea to have birds crawl all over me...hmmm...I might have to rethink that one....
