I'm always waiting for a chance to be
back in the PI with my cousin Carla.
We got to bunk together and have
late nite conversations about boys
(that i'm sure the rest of the house
heard!), play MASH and spades
when it got too hot to do anything
else, survive an earthquake (just
pray, carla, just pray!) and get the
lowdown on our family. I got to see
her freak out about jellyfish and ride
on a float as Miss Teen Gubat USA.
Yes, it was a good time. When I first
met her she was wearing a pink girly
dress, had just come from Australia
and was a bit of a crybaby. (I ain't
hatin, I was one too!) Now, she's truly
making things happen for herself
and I'm hella proud she's my cousin.
Hope we get more chances to kick it
and you're always welcome to stay
with me in the Bay!
carla's one big OoOwWgn!!! i love
living with this gal...she's verid,
okay...sure, sure, i'll buy that...she
keeps me on my feet...she tells me to
go to class, do my homework and go to
the gym so my pansa doesnt get bigger.
she also makes me grilled cheese
sandwiches...yum! both of us together
are freak'n weird...we scream and go
delirious when we dont get our
homework, we IM each other when we are
in the same room (all we say is
OoWwgn), we spent hours trying to spell
oOwWgn when we had a huge paper due the
next day, we burp hella loud and scare
each other, we get up super early to go
shopping, but we are always late for
class, we dont "participate", we dance
in front of the mirror in our
underwear, we try to make dirrty
phrases on our refrigerator with
merrill lynch magnets...and hmmm...i
don't know...we do bunch of other
things that dont really make
sense...and even though i make fun of
her all the time...i mean all the
time...she is still super dooper nice
to me! why?? i don't know...she's
probably waiting until our lease is up
so she can say "ha meanie! find a new
roommate"...oh well...till
then...you're stuck with me...hahaha!!
Carla is one of the sweetest girls
that I know. She's always smiling!!
Which is a good thing because she has
a beautiful smile! I think I met
Carla sophomore year, in Ms Davis'
history class!! Wow that was a looong
time ago!! Even though we've never
really been close friends, she's never
failed at being super sweet to me.

who happened to be my best friend's ex

our talks and her sunny disposition.
You can't help but smile when she's
around. She's probably one of the
nicest people you'll ever meet and even
though time and busy lives haven't
given us the chance to kick it, I know
that she's still the same dope chick
