About Me:
Let me tell a little about my infatuations:
Genuine laughter is priceless. Laughter draws me to people like a moth driven to a flame. I strive to surround myself with people that take in delight with every breath.
I love food. I love cooking it, eating it, feeding others. I savor every opportunity to try a new exotic dish and will be the one that often finds a great new place to eat right around the corner.
I find my days consumed by an eclectic combination of my career, my family (chosen and biological) and my art. I like overcoming the challenges posed by each passion source while learning and having fantastic amounts of fun along the way.
Always Work hard, but play harder. A current favorite moment is that turn you make and suddenly see the entire city of San francisco on the HWY on the way into the City. It makes my heart melt every time.

Quotes of the moment:
"The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it." Michaelangelo
"All that you see or seem, is but a dream within a dream. They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night." Edgar Allan Poe.
"With one chord, John Lee Hooker could tell you a story as deep as the ocean..." Carlos Santana
"Behold the turtle. He only makes progress when he sticks his neck out." James Bryant Conant, Past President of Harvard University

Who I Want to Meet:
I attract passionate people to me. People who are able to get lost in all these amazing things that engage us every day.
Noble people full of laughter. People who care for the other lives they touch during our voyage.
Someone funny. Someone who has a passion for wordplay. Who loves to dance. Who can be social and private at the same time. A unique individual who is smart, sassy and ambitious yet humble enough to understand how the right helping hands can bring forth greater success.
The woman who takes my breath away every time our eyes meet.

his name.
Only his family still uses his real
name. That's how he is able to screen
his phone calls. :-)
so i thought id share this - - one of
the smilier moments of this year's
winter music conference - at nerve for
danny howells' happy hour and john
wander turns to me and says "don't you
just love watching hank dance?" - -
and its so true - - hank dancing is
like a barometer of beats...cheers,
hank - nice to see you in miami! xo-kv
every party I go to-right hand in the
air, mouth clinched, and groovin' to
the music. This guy brings a smile to
everyone he is around. Probably why
he has so many friends on here. See
you at the next party Hank.
Hank is always the party.
captivated many a time reading his writings.
He is a real diehard and a true lover of the
music. Thanks for sharing that extremely
amazing moment with me @ Zabelia!
has been a prize winning culmintaion of a
visceral, intimate, giggly, beguiling,
insightful, and hazy view into my own self,
his, and all of humanity's. hank is a gift of
creativity, inspiration, good intention, and
care in my life. he rights his wrongs. he
listens. there is always "joy in the
wandering 5 block stroll". i continue to grow
and hank notices-and vice/versa. he has
taught me liberation, survival, breath and
patience...he is in search of the simplicity of
beauty that exists in every day life.
420...hanchors away on my boat.
the rest of 'our gang' tragically
failed trying to keep up with him.
alfalfa (suicide), darla (mental
illness), froggy (sex-change... you
have to ask spanky about that one),
buckwheat (still missing), and mickey
(we all know about him) all mistakenly
thought that they could outdo the
Spankster. within a few short years,
this guy has gone from cruising the AHP
trendy hollywood scene to being 'on the
list' at all the major events around
the U.S. he's become the senior fact
finder/checker/verifier at the
university of progressive sound.
they've even named the fountain in the
center of campus after him... the
fountain of misinformation. i've seen
the many stages of hank's evolution (as
well as his developing skills as an
artist on many levels), and i can
prouldly say (as a teardrop rolls off
my cheek) that i'm proud of my little
boy... look at him. he's a man now.
that never passes out on giving a good
massage (and aren't us girls happier for it?!
- and maybe some boys too although
Hanky's hands are rare to be seen on
one). He is a genuine person with lots of
soul and wisdom, and whom I always seem
to have a blast around!
Hank, good things, crazy things and other
exagerations. Why would I you ask? Cause
all I know about this guy is if I manage to
have a decent party he'll be there and he
will be sportin' a smile all nite. No, his hands
are not in his pants, he's just enjoying the
moment, what more could you ask for.
