      • this place has given me some pretty amazing
times.....kneeling on the side steps to see
modest mouse and not being able to leave and
my legs totally going numb but it is such an
amazing show that it doesnt matter....drinking too
much at the lilys/beachwood sparks show and
throwing up in the ladies room and hearing my
friend linda (not knowing it was me) sigh and say 'i
remember my first time throwing up at
b.o.t.h.'....knocking over the outside ashtray on
        new years 1999...
        and,
        i love the walk home.

'cause I was new in town and had no
friends. But when I finally got inside
you it was to see The Need and I fell in
love. You are my very fave venue ever.

      • B.O.T.H. is the coolest, the staff
rules and big props to Ramona for her
big heart and booking integrity. I've
heard so so so many really great bands
play there. It's fun to dance there. I
love that they do secret shows
        sometimes, like when Farside turned
into The Boy Who Saved the World show.
Bottom of the Hill is a BayArea
        treasure.

a birthday cake for her birthday, many
years ago. It's been nothin but pure
love ever since. We (heart) Bottom of
        the Hill forever and ever.
