Testimonials and Comments for Susan
gives me drinks and lets me sing Britney
Spears songs in her house. I have an abiding
respect for her discretion in culinary matters.
She understands the importance of dark
chocolate. She was not made for a world of ice
storms and blizzards, and it is fortunate for
her that Oregon is rarely transformed into
such a world. But in those moments when she
steps upon the earth with trepidation, it is
touching to watch her gain purchase with her
dainty hand in the useful claw of Pete, her
beloved.
cheese at my mac 'n cheese-off party,
even though the whole thing tasted like
smoke after she accidentally singed the
crumbs on top -- that's how good a cook
she is -- it was creamy smoke. The kids
voted for Kraft, but what do they know??
Susan has an enviable sense of taste and
style in everything she does --
including my taxes. It's great having a
friend whose style AND financial advice
you trust, but can still talk cultural
studies, if necessary. And it so often is.
She has lots of opinions, which is a
good thing. Although I'm still
considering marmoleum in the living
room. I didn't say her opinions were
always right.
