Shuteyeview started out in July 2006 with four people from four different bands. The band is a part of Bandwagon Productions, which is a group of five bands touring the popular venues in the Metro. The group has played at Club Dredd/Gweilo's Eastwood, Mag:net, Katipunan, Saguijo, Purple Haze, Bela's Bar, Caliente, Dayo Bar and 6 underground. Shuteyeview has performed at Duty Free Fiesta Mall and SM Clark. They performed at the Breakfast Show at Studio 23 in January last year. The band has three songs in the recently released Cinco: The Bandwagon Compilation Album. Shuteyeview was also a finalist at the 1st Halo-Halo song competition sponsored by Acoustic Underground. The band also performed at Jam Sessions(Jam 88.3) last July 22, 2007 and their song Promdi has been in the playlist of the station under Local Licks. Their songs have also been featured at NU 107, Magic 89.9 & RX Zamboanga. They have more songs in the works and also perform covers of U2 and Coldplay.
