      • Has anyone ever told you that you look like
Ingrid Bergman? Without the head dress,
        of course.

      • chief andrea proudfoot of the alarm
clock nation. apart from the fact that
she has owed me 40 bucks for the past
        5-6 years(simmons sds 9 drum module)
andrea is a very lovely and unique
entity, so i will not bug her for the
money, infact she could owe me even
more and i wouldnt bat an eyelash, even
        tho i couldnt preform the
        aformentioned task considering i
        seered my entire face freebasing
acouple weeks ago. in any case i like
andrea alot and if i am ever able to
vacate the second story bedroom i
inhabit in the northeast corner of my
parents house i hope she will give me
a couch to crash on for a day or two.

      • andrea has become an adjective, adverb,
exclamation, and a dirty, dirty word that I
        incorporate into my daily vocabulary.
        strangely, everyone, always, understands what
        I mean.

      • The first time I met Dre, I tried to
imagine what her last words might be.
Now I realize they'd be something
like, "2 legit 2 quit," (hand motions
and all)and then she'd laugh in your
face and get back to the story.

      • Andrea's a fascist. I, for one, am
referring to her as Tipper Gore from
here on out. i mean really, it's
striking what they have in common: both
drummers, both snap photos and call it
        art, both fascist whores...
get your label off of my record.

      • "And 'love' exists that one may recover
the sensation of life; it exists to
make one feel things, to make the stone
stony. The purpose of 'love' is to
impart the sensation of things as they
are perceived and not as they are
known. The technique of 'love' is to
make objects unfamiliar, to make forms
        difficult, to increase the difficulty
and length of perception because the
process of perception is an aesthetic
end in itself and must be
prolonged. 'Love' is a way of
        experiencing the 'loving-ness' of
an 'object': the 'object' is not
        important (only the 'object's' desire
to achieve the same as the former).
After we see an 'object' several times,
we begin to recognize it. The 'object'
is in front of us and we know about it,
but we do not see it-hence we cannot
        say anything significant about
it. 'Love' removes objects from the
        automatism of perception in several
        ways. (See Tolstoy; flogging)." -
        Shklovsky and SFD.
