I bet I'm the best listener you've ever met. I am equally
comfortable at Thanksgiving dinner with your family, at a
frat party, or sitting on the beach in silence and letting
the waves do the talking. I recently moved to San Diego and
am a graduate student in physics at SDSU. Besides math and
physics, my great love is martial arts, especially
capoeira. I love people, animals, and the earth, and I see
my life as one giant opportunity to make the world a better
place. I was very flamboyant when I was younger, but I've
settled down quite a bit since then. Sometimes I can't help
but make straight-laced people or conformists
uncomfortable, though. Partying and snuggling are my
favorite social activities. I appreciate good dirty jokes.
I'm vegan. Currently my highest priority in life is to not
go to my deathbed regretting not having had enough fun.
It's not my natural state, but I can always be serious if
the situation calls for it.

I'll know you when I see you. I want new friends to write
home about and people to enjoy and spend time with. It's my
goal to get as much as I can out of each and every personal
relationship. Many of my close friendships have transcended
common sociological boundaries (religion, age, sexual
orientation, race, social class, gender, education,
intelligence, occupation, interests), so you never know
until you try. My favorite friends have always been those I
don't feel like I have to work to impress, who are
challenging but not judgemental. If you are a happy,
confident person bursting with joy and love, that's always
a plus. But please, don't feel like you have to meet some
sort of criteria to introduce yourself to me. I appreciate
all types of people and being real is a sure way to make
friends with me.
