This is not easy...I am a 30 year old gay man in a
relationship with my partner of almost 9 years, Jeff. I
live in Ellicott City, MD with Jeff and our 7 year old
Golden Retriever Alex. I have, in many ways, a way better
life than I ever thought I would. Getting to this place
was not an easy trip, but it has been an interesting one.
I was a total mess on through my early 20's, and never
pictured myself hitting 30 with a wonderful relationship, a
great house, great job, lots of travel, and just basically
all I ever wanted out of life. Bottom line, I'm happy with
where I am and who I've become. I have a lot I'd like to
accomplish (I've always wanted to write a book for
instance), and there are still days when you don't want to
come to close, because there are still times when I lose
sight of the big picture...but all in all I'm enjoying
myself. I am probably a little overly sarcastic, and
definitely too concerned with making sure everyone "likes"
me, but then, aren't a lot of people.

I would love to meet people who share my sense of humor and
appreciate the finer things in life. I'd also love to meet
other gay male couples our age...they aren't always easy to
find. Beyond that, just someone who likes to talk, have
fun and can be entertained by just being silly sometimes.
