I'm a chocolate addict..
everytime my dad arrives from work once in a year and brings us so many chocolates, i keep a lot of chocolates for myself in my closet.. a lot means a bag of chocolates (haha)...
Chocolate is an anti-depressant and a stimulant.. so everytime i'm sad or mad, i sometimes compensate it by eating chocolates or eating something with chocolate flavor.. Don't you know that chocolates, aside from being a food for our brain, Scientists claim that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure? hehe..
One of my favorites is dark chocolate.. Dark chocolate has recently been promoted for its health benefits, as it seems to possess substantial amount of antioxidants that reduce the formation of free radicals. So basically it can make you look young (haha).. dark chocolate benefits the circulatory system. Other beneficial effects suggested include anticancer, brain stimulator, cough preventor and antidiarrheal effects. Although On the other hand, eating large quantities of any chocolate increases risk of obesity. so no wonder i still have some fats aside from drinking beer. hahaha..
i love to party.. from the time i broke up with my special someone, my life's totally changed.. Partying is my stress reliever now. i party when i'm in pain or in stress. So nOw i can't get partying out of my system.. so for my next someone special, if you plan to changed me and get partying out of my system, i'll say forget about it.. if a person truly loves me, you should accept everything that i am and that includes my worst.. if you can't accept my worst then well you don't deserve my best!!
