i learned to love someone without expecting anything in return. at first it felt good but soon enough i had to stop. why? because the more i love the person, the more i lose myself. and the saddest part of it is finding myself again when i already know that i can no longer feel whole because a part of me went astray with the very person i love and i have to forget. i have given everything but have received nothing but pain and tears in return. now, i'm still hoping for nothing. i still dream of someone who's already been gone. i wish i could forget these feelings cause it's hurting inside.

but forgetting these feelings is much like digging my very own grave and burrying myself alive. so i learned to let go. i let go of what i thought i owned. it hurts, yes, a lot actually. but getting through each day made me realize that the world would just keep on turning and so do i. that was the bravest thing i did in my life. but still i'm wishing that i was never that brave.

i never thought that i'll come to this day. the day that i will learn to dislike the same person i loved. the same person who made me smile, the same person who made me believe that everything was real, the same person who set plans for us, and the same person whom i thought would love me forever. he's gone now and along with him was the love i gave. finally, it's over, i hope i'll be okay. :)
