I can't figure out how to link it to this profile - sorry. I'm also interested in reinventing myself as an artist and hope that New York, my home of late, will inspire me. So far it's inspired me to make up ridiculous songs on the fly. Which causes my co-workers to compare me to Phoebe Bouffett. (sp?)

Laura is pretty much The Sex, and not just because she helps me name bar patrons after characters in musicals (paging Captain von Trapp, Captain von Trapp to the piano...).
She also writes the best impromptu songs you'll ever hear. Especially those about hot dads. We like hot dads! And we like Laura! But in very different ways.

Laura dug up my garden one time, and it made me angry. Well I don't know for sure it was she, but I've narrowed it down to a short list which includes only Laura, a family of gophers, and TV's Patrick Duffy. Actually now that I really think about it, all signs seem to point to Jesse Jackson. This being the case, Laura did not dig up my garden and- in fact- kicks some serious ass. Jesse Jackson has absolutely nothing on her... except for a completely unfounded rape charge. But I digress. Love u Laura! Jackson is out of line and a racist. And my garden doesn't exist.

laura has swordsharp humor at her beck and call, but she only uses it for good. she's a hipster without the elitist attitude, and a kind soul. and since she doesn't have a photo up yet at the time of this writing, i'll just add that she's a spicy, slender, italian redhead.
