He is, by far, my most favorite of
vegetable-zealots. One evening,
Pranjal made me pumpkin curry while
schooling me in the ways of the
world. That night I became a woman.
Philly is not the same without him!
This man is so convicted in his beliefs
in creating a better world it puts me
to shame and makes me feel I should run
out and devote my life to the cause. I
don't because I have other callings,
but I feel safer and happier in this
fucked up, unbalanced, unequal planet
because of people like him.
