The first thing i've learned is that you have to be flexible in many ways. People around you have different perspective in life and learning to appreciate, accept and respect your differences will give you the choice to gain friends. Do not be scared to voice out your opinion if you know you're right, share your thoughts and be open to responses. Love your work, family and friends.. be positive all the time and don't let other people pull you down for they are the ones who suffer insecurities.
