i wanted to go to last night but had to miss.
i'm pretty sure he was there, because i know
for a fact that he was invited, so, why
wouldn't he go? no reason for philip not to
go to the party. i'm pretty sure that if i had
been able to go, i would have seen philip at
the party and had a good time, not only
because he was there, but maybe in part
because he is usually pretty funny when he is
drunk. i have seen philip drunk on several
different occaisions. sometimes he is just
funny and other times he is both funny and
kranky. which is in turn funny. i like the idea
of philips father, who is an oceanographer. I
have my own version of what that might be
like, to be an oceanographer, and philip
assures me that it's not as much fun as being
drunk. whenever i think about that party i
missed, i think about philip.
