Here's a typical Adam day: (1) Ess-a-Bagel at 9am: pumpernickel with the inside scooped out, cream cheese, Nova,' tomato and onion. Say hi to Adel. (2) Read up on the overnight Chinese and Japanese markets. Make some moves. (3) Hit the gym. Shoulders and back Mon, Wed, Fri; Legs and arms Tues, Thurs, Sat. (4) Do some more market research. Shifts some funds here, short some stocks there. All done in front of the backdrop of MSNBC's daytime lineup. (5) Throw on some tight threads and grab a good dinner at a very high-end restaurant with a buddy or close friend or a date. (6) Come home and check out the Daily Show. (7) If this is a weekend night, have some friends over for drinks before hitting up a trendy bar on the L.E.S. or Meatpacking District. (8) Before bar fatigue sets in, make sure an appropriate number of drinks are consumed and power lunches are planned for the following work week. (9) Go home and listen to some old school hip-hop and R&B, and sweepers.
