About Me:
Time to update my perspective...and...load some recent pics. : ) After living in SF for 8 yrs, the lifestyle has setttled into my heart. On this journey called "life", we have many different friends and lovers. Some stay in your life a short time, others for a lifetime.
It's amusing to hear friends from other cities tell me how "easy" it must be to find dates and/or a partner here. And, while it does happen here, I find it's more the exception. But maybe that's just gay men in general. After all, I too had a 10-yr LTR at one time.
Monogamy used to be important to me, but lately I've been hanging out with an awesome guy, who doesnt live in SF (right now), who has taught me how love can be "open" and still be real and true. It's given me a new perspective, and a new freedom! Two people get together, and stay together, at their own choosing, and only until they both want that. If one or both want a different road, then a new adventure begins for both.
Im a Tall guy (6`4), athletic (203lb), masculine guy who also loves to have FUN and laugh and be silly at times. I feel like I have a great sense of humor, am considerate, caring, but also
spontaneous and passionate in the sack. I would like to meet another similar guy who`s looking for a fun, adventurous times together, maybe dating...maybe even more. But until that guy comes along, Im happy with my life and meeting new friends.
Location not that important (ideally you`re in the Bay Area), but quality/integrity of person is.
I love ALL sports, especially Soccer (yes I still play with
the SF Spikes [our gay team]), tennis, and hockey, and love
the arts as well (theatre and symphony). I`d rather be
doing anything outdoors than be inside during good weather.
HUGE romantic and cuddler and told Im an awesome kisser
too. Love kids and dogs.
Dont let the innocent look totally fool you...i can be/am a pretty passionate love-maker : )
Was fortunate to be selected as one of the 2006 SOMA Bare Chest Calendar guys!! Had a BLAST and we raised valuable funds for two awesome AIDS charities in SF! Go to the website (www.barechest.org), order your 2008 Calendar, and support our community! Awesome group of men! ; )

Who I Want to Meet:
You should be easy going, romantic, great sense of humor,
non-smoker, considerate, great conversationalist, sincere,
honest, communicative, love to have fun, and unafraid
to be physically affectionate...ya know, the usual. : )
Just be for real and want the same. While I`d love to meet
someone over 35, its not a requirement...but over 30
is. : )
Someone who is HONEST, with themselves as well as with the person they are dating; Someone who is not shy about giving, and receiving, affection; Someone who can accept a compliment graciously, as well as give one sincerely; Someone who is as comfortable with themselves in a room full of friends (and strangers) as they are with just the two of us alone at home.

I have known this guy! Lets see, how
did we meet? I think it was at a party at
his date's house during the Castro
Street Fair. Yes! That's it! That slut was
cruising me at the party while he sat
right next to his date! But, regardless of
his slutty ways, Barry is one of the most
loveable men in San Francisco I know.
Not only is he HOT, kind, sexy, sweet,
and funny, I still swear to this day that
beautiful rock hard ass of his is truly two
soccer balls implanted in his cheeks! It
can't be real! :-) Seriously, Barry is one
of the most wonderful men I know and I
have been very fortunate to get to know
him and have him be a part of my life.
Thank you Barry. You are the best!
Love, Paul
to look directly at the sun., but
Barry is the exception to the rule.
Bright, smiling, and blinding when it
comes to how easy he fits into your
day. And though he has his rough and
tumble side for the soccer field, he
also has his playful, happy go lucky
side as well. Flip him if like ...
You'll smile either way.
sweet teddy bear was lurking in that
obnoxious opponent I used to face
across the soccer field. Since joining
the Spikes, Barry has become a
cherished friend and one of my
favorite people to see each week. I
dare anyone to try to contain his
passion, competitiveness, and free
spiritedness on or off the field. He's
unaffected, real, and emotionally
honest. But unfortunately, still not
pretty in a dress.
