      • Marisa can walk into a room of strangers and leave with friends. She can also walk into a room of strangers she has ostensibly nothing in common with---like a Republican birdwatcher's convention--and make them adore her and have a great time. But the thing that really sets her apart is how she can connect people who would never otherwise interact with each other. It's a helluva thing to watch.
