FRIDAY MORNINGS consists of four young, idealistic, determinded persons with just one .. Make the music they love. Every member played in one or more bands before, and they already knew each other before they began making music together. On this basis it was possible for them to start through very fast and without any bigger problems. They found together in first place because of their similar taste of music - Post-Hardcore, Emocore and Screamo are their main influences. But as each one of them also loves music in general - no matter what kind of - there is a much wider field of incluences which can be found in their music. LLOYD LEE, singer/guitarist and head of the band, has been writing songs for about 10 years and plays music with other bands since 6 years. As a longtime fellow, drummer MAX "MAXIE" YANSON spent much time together with Julian in the same band. As they know each other very well - personal as well as musical - they constitute the pushing force within the band. MIGGY T. who is playing the lead guitar and singing the 2nd voice supports Julian in writing new songs. His fancy personality is not only an attraction on the stage - he also shows up new creative ideas and perspectives for the band. ERIC LINAO, responsible for the bass guitar and shouts is the latest member, but nonetheless he plays an important role within FM, especially for their live perfomances. Togheter, friday mornings found their place within the Emopunk section. Significant for their music are fast transtions between very melodic parts on the one side and powerful sounds with emotional lyrics and intense shouts on the other.
