About Me:
sentimental for the good ol' days when hardcore was fun and
when going to a show meant i was going to end up rolling
around on the floor of the driver dome crying my eyes out.
i'm old now, but i still like to shake my ass and party
like a rock star. i am and will always be inkwell's biggest
fan. i learned how to shag before i could walk. i love beach music - music from 60's/70's myrtle beach and motown: the embers, the dominoes, the platters,
the swingin' medallions, chairmen of the board, the
globetrotters, the catalinas, the showmen, fantastic
shakers, maurice williams, bill deal and the rondells, the
holiday band, the tams, etc. (see the movie 'shag', that's
kinda what i'm talking about)

i want to meet you if you were born in the 70's in NC/SC
and grew up listening to 'beach music' and shagging. also
anyone who was on the straightedge list between 1994 and
1996... these are people i want to make
out with: david ducovny, leonardo dicaprio (as romeo only,
preferrably in the suit of armor), orlando bloom (in elven
form only), morrissey, bjork, johnny depp (pirate suit a

testimonial about my mom. She did have
the hardcore shake dance down before
all of you new schoolers even knew what
it was. Plus she's possibly the only
person in the world who has rocked
looks similar to both Bjork and Bruce
Springsteen. Bravo.
(that's a guess, that whole time is a
blur). Man, we had some good
times. Two kids in a boring-ass
town. She left and I lost a friend.

elementary school. We have seen each
other grow up, and even though our many
changes, we seem to still connect as
friends (even when we are thousands of
miles away!) I'll have to say that she
is a wonderful person to know and
always a ton of fun. (Memories: meeting
boys in mobile homes, late night
clubing, baggy jeans, holler at me..you
KNOW you know me!)
