About Me:
Born in 1630, I am a beautiful international city with a
rich history. Back in the day, I was the catalyst for the
American Revolution when a bunch of guys dressed as
American Indians threw some tea in the water. Today, some
people say I'm kind of uptight, and though it's true the T
shuts down before 12:30am, most of my residents know the
value of getting good and sloshed on
a regular basis.
I'm one of the most progressive cities in one of the most
progressive states in the union, and I'll
play host to the Democratic National Convention in 2004.
I am home to businessmen and artists, academics and
unionists, African Americans and Irish Catholics, New
England blue-bloods and Chinese dissidents, rich Backbay
yuppies and working class Southies, among others. My
greater metropolitan area is home to many of the most
prestigious universities in the country, I have the
largest
student population of any city, and I'm known all over the
world as a center of knowledge and learning. Of course I
love the Celtics, Bruins, and Pats, but my heart will
always lie first and foremost with the Olde Towne Team,
who
only happen to be the greatest and most tragic bunch in
the
history of Major League Baseball (sorry Chicago, it's
true).

Who I Want to Meet:
Sadly, I've reached my friendster limit of 500. I can't
accept any new friendsters. It might say I have less, but that's just cause Friendster uses wonky coding. Trust me, if I could add more, I would.
However, if you're lucky enough to be listed as a friend already, do leave a testimonial, won't you?

was forced to move to the inferior Boston-
wannabe Providence. I should have quit my
perfect job because it's not worth it not living in
the perfect city. I miss not speaking to my fellow
Bostonians on the red line. I miss making fun of
Harvard students who refuse to tell you what
school they go to. I miss the Sox games at
Brendan Behan's. I miss the jazz at Wally's. I miss
the smell of Downtown Crossing. I miss doing
nothing at the Esplanade. I miss the khaki snobs
on Newbury. I miss trying to see the top of the Pru
on a foggy night. I miss that weird restaurant in
Chinatown that I can never remember the name
but it has a great juice bar. I miss the voice of the
announcer at South Station. I could go on but I
only have so many characters remaining and
even fewer people still reading. Oh, Boston, 45
minutes away is too far. Too freaking far.
see what you can do about getting Kevin
Millar to marry Johnny Damon.
Then see what you can do to get Theo to
let me suck him off.
