And when I do , pls puch me in the face.
George rocks like Mercury. Good and
good = friend indeed.
warmth of the sun? The true beauty of
a redwood? The undeniable strength of
the ocean? Thank God I don't have to
worry about that s**t with George!
I've been proud to be a close friend of
George since our halcyon, yet turbulent
retail periodical days of the `80's (he
at Crown Books, me at Continental
Comics.) He and I survived...er, lived
through the '94 quake and a couple of
lifetimes together - hell, we even got
individual speeding tickets together! -
all the while managing to avoid death,
bad marriages, questionable cereal
(snap, crackle, burrrrp!) and rehab
(although we're still vying for the
first dance with Betty Ford.) I know
he'll always be there for me, he knows
I'm always there for him, and I
couldn't ask for a better friend.
Well, maybe if he had more money...
