Not me, of course. This is my namesake, Marlene Dietrich, with whom I share a birthday.

About Me:
I know far too many words, and use as many of them as I can whenever possible. I am pathologically shy until I know you, and then the laughter begins. Lazy, but easily amused. Kindhearted, yet heavily armored. I am polite, if nothing else.
My only domestic quality is that I live in a house. I don't like the outdoors very much. Cats and children irritate me, but I've broken the habit of kicking them. Walking around a big shiny mall and talking with someone I like is my favorite pastime. Every couple of weeks I put on drag and become mind-numbingly fabulous. I'm just starting my career as a manic-depressive. I'm trying to write an erotic murder-mystery. I want to be a top when I grow up. I know the difference between "who" and "whom."

Who I Want to Meet:
WHOM do I want to meet? WHOM goddammit!
Calm down, now, Missy. It's a sentence fragment, and so the Who or Whom would depend on which words are missing. For example, "Who (is the person) I want to meet" is perfectly correct; "Whom (do I) want to meet?" is also correct.
Yes, but...
Get off your high horse, honey, nobody is impressed with your erudition. In another fifty years, "whom" is going to be obsolete, anyway, and no one will miss it.
Uhm, I think they're staring at us.
What? Don't they argue with themselves about grammar? I thought everybody did.
