About Me:
These are things I like, in no order whatsoever: the turbo whine at 5800 rpm on an STI, Doonesbury, Ducati motorcycles, esp. the Multistrada 620, early-1970's National Lampoon, Peanuts (The Comic Strip), Cribbage, watching a lot of footie ball, college hoops, things that go bump in the night, books about Vietnam, drinking port, throwing the elbow and talking trash, cookin' up a storm, post-structuralism, fast cars, rally racing, carbon fiber, sharp knives, purple (as a color and to wear), clean draws, a well-fitting suit, mike and ikes, cookies and pies, very obtuse conversations, pleading the fifth, Cmajor7th, Oral-B Brush Ups, custom-made clothing, dancing to hip-hop with hot Afrikaans girls at the Mystic Boar in Stellenbosch, South Africa, watching the sun come up, poolside, with a bottle of champagne, driving the lane, pushing the buttons, dropping into sixth, powersliding, yo! and, finally, long, long walks off of very short piers. In the last year, I've been to South Africa, Sol Island, North Carolina, Florida, Illinois, Reseda, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New York, Montreal and Vancouver, Canada, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin, Germany, the South of France and Florence and Bologna, Italy. I have a lot of frequent flyer miles.
My plan for 2006: Learning to drive anything with wheels and an engine. Anyone got a go-kart or a Cessna?

Who I Want to Meet:
Like long drives to nowhere, going to baseball games, watching the Ponies run and listening to me talk about nothing? Then you're for me!

amalgamation of NY and the Valley.
Simply irresistible!
shucks, charlie brown.
the childish poetics of stripped
billboards
cancun latenight
many an evening just offensive
enough to recall
longing for winestain teeth
i love my friend jon.
Clinton, dot communists, stock
options. Velvet ropes in cholo
neighborhoods, 'grunge', apoliticism.
And, something else: The Guz.
G2G2K turned out to be the
G2G-less millenium so far. Perhaps
one day that Millenium Falcon will fly
again. Until then, from afar I am very
happy he has a girlfriend who has
put it all together for his casually
tortured mind. Or so I hear. I hope
I'm not speaking out of line.
One says, "that water's cold". The
other one says, "it's deep, too." I
think one of the guys is from
Arkansas.
jon used to drive around(really.. back then
he actually drove places..)in this red lemans
roadster nicknamed the lego by fans, we
were united over our love for making fun of
the jocks in 5th period, ditching school for a
variety of arty adventures and shopping for
kicks..we hung with a motleycrue of
charchters that ranged from nerdy jewish b-
boys to half baked surf/skaters and
heshens..things change though, gone are
the days of young guz and fathead in
tarzana..thats ok though his hair is still large,
he is still the ever present yet reticent
socialite, he's the same non-commital
shopper that he always was, the bootie
dance has morphed yet stayed the same
and most importantly he has retained the
same
sarcastic,biting,annnoying,smartass,copper
pot vernacular that makes me all warm and
fuzzy inside. So what if his greatest joy is
inviting all of his eastside hipster friends
over for a party and then kicking them out.
i love the guz, end of story...
Question: Are we walking or driving?
John: I'm wearing Gucci.
