I think we're at 8+ years of
cheap "trashy" liquor and counting,

From being young high school "kinder"
at die Deutschakadamie, to Dobie 312
(I think that was our room number?) to
polishing off two bottles of wine in a
Manhattan cigar bar at 3 in the
afternoon, Mindy always manages to
gel with wherever I am in life. She may
wander away, but she is never far.
Mindy is just about the most amazing,
positive person I have ever met; we
never cease to laugh at the oddities in
life and have intelligent conversation
about all kinds of things.
Too bad we never never figured out that
one line in "Drive"... (who's gonna hold
you down, when you..... "shake"?...).
Mindy was cooler than all of us: steps
of Alderman library, spring 2001 when
the rest of us wrote resumes, even
maria donned corporate -esque clothing
and we all faced the job market while
mindy lit a cigarette said "I'm going
to Prague" and walked off into the
sunset.
life is significantly better because of
it. She is one of the best people out
there and she really does have great
hair. Because of her I will make the
journey to Brooklyn anyday.
