About Me:
High school and college tranformed me from an extremely shy, slightly nerdy adolescent into a slightly less shy, just-as-nerdy young adult. Words and good stories are my heroin. Sports (both following and playing) and games that involve luck (I have an unnatural fascination with poker) are my crack.
I like to believe that I possess a bumbling, boyish charm and a smart, witty sense of humor.
I'm also quite good at deluding myself into believing whatever I wish.

Who I Want to Meet:
Good people (evil people need not apply). People with a great sense of humor, an appreciation for fine sarcasm, good-natured jabs and dirty jokes. Smart and creative people who make me think thoughts I've never thought before.

a leader, a hero. Sadly, also a Yankees
fan. He apologized the other day for
taking my money following a poker
game, but the money in question was
just the twenty bucks he spotted me to
get in the game, since I outlasted him.
Ladies, this is grade A baby making
material right here.
you seem him you just run over to him and
rut like a spring buck. But, then you
remember that he works at a big time
magazine, and one false move and he can
have you ostracized from the entire
entertainment industry. I mean, I like
drawing...I don't want to work at In N' Out
burger. Oh oh...here comes Richard...must
resist ....urge..to...mark...his...leg... as...
territory.....
fascination" with poker doesn't make
him very good at it. The last time he
and I sat at the table, I walked away
with the lion's share of the pot,
leaving him...well, with the
second-biggest pile of chips. Okay,
he's pretty good. And I got lucky. What
can I say, the man has a great poker
face. He's one stone-cold killer.
Kinda like Steven Seagal, minus the
ponytail and plus the ability to craft an
engaging sentence.
me spell big words when I have brain
farts. He also used to do my job AND
his before I got there...god bless him.
He's a really nice guy, unless you're
playing poker with him, in which case
your totally screwed because he'll
stomp you into oblivion. Plus, he can
do back flips!
I also co-habitate the same office
building with one young Richard Ho.
(Hey, that was a rhyme!) He could
easily point out every day that he's a
Harvard grad and I'm a yokel from TN
so therefore he should have my job,
but he chooses not to. Take a bow,
sweet prince.
