sister's place in San Francisco and
they were making a dinner of Caesar
salad. Salad has aways been an
appetizer to me...but I could roll
with it being the main. So...the
salad was amazing. Either G or her
sister had this technique of baking
the croutons themselves, fully
seasoned of course. And it was
amazing; everything was fresh too.
I've made about five Caesar salads
since. I've learned of the dark
lichenous verdantity of the power of
The Vegatble. (By the way, Gretchen
is pretty and mellow and has lazy cat
eyes).
