means complicated planning and
replanning, because he has so many
things going on in his life; or, waiting
for 20 minutes because his internal
clock is still not on daylight saving
time or something. However, I would go
through that any time, because an
abundance of peculiar hobbies,
interesting deep discussions and
lighthouses awaits you. Luckily, Joel is
also very tolerant of bad moods, and
he'll go out for beers (Irish Pubs all
the way). And of course, who'd say they
_didn't_ have a crush on Joel when he
first came to Philly?! Not me. ;)
syntactic theory: instead of trees,
everything will take the form of
lighthouses. And no non-kosher
words shall be included in such
syntactic lighthouses. Although all of
Joel's California vowels reduce to
schwa, we love him anyway. After all,
he is a really hot blond Orthodox boy;
we're talking the kind you can bring
home to Mammele (especially when
he wears his glasses). I would take
him to my own Mom, but he's
hopelessly heterosexual, and
besides she wouldn't believe he
wasn't a sheygets with that blond
hair of his....
smart guy too. He's one of the very
intimidatingly cool class of linguists
(they just know too much!).
We're gonna try and organise a hike on
a Sunday, so that Joel can
participate, because we love Joel!
