The music was sensational and I don't think I have ever seen the dance floor so jam packed from the first song to the encore at the end of the night.
The standard and the choice of music was perfect. More than once I looked up thinking the DJ had taken over to find that it was Switchback still playing and sounding as good as the original. - Deb

This coming Friday will be our last gig for the season. All in all, since the band got together last year, it has been a really great season for Switchback - 15 gigs, happy party goers and organizers and a nice win at KuwaitStock 2007 Battle of the Bands.
Friday's gig is also the last one with Adam - he is leaving Switchback after this gig. Adam has been with us from the beginning and has contributed greatly to our success. He is not just a fine musician and a singer (occasional 'squeeks' not withstanding), but he is also a great guy, good friend and dynamic presence on the stage. Adam, we will miss you!
On the other hand, we are also lucky - Saleh has auditioned for the band and starting September he will take over Adam's duties. For more info on Saleh, check out his profile at http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=513245044. Saleh is an-round musician, singer and songwriter.

Venue is on the poster - The Hyat Hotel (New Park), in Baghdad Street, 18th of April (Friday), starting at 7:30pm. Cost is KD 15 per person, including buffet dinner. We will have tickets for sale in 4-5 days, and they will be available from all band members, so depends who is living closest to you.
