I never really thought about writing a testimonial for Jon, but then I was browsing on Friendster one boring work day and I saw Jon's testimonial for Chappaqua. I laughed, because Jon can be funny, really funny. My favorite all time t-shirt is from Jon's Bar Mitzvah and now he's going marry my best friend. It's a small world.

Hey Jon, it's Matt. So listen, have you gotten any of my messages? I've called you a bunch and emailed and IM'd but I haven't heard anything from you. I thought I'd try to get through to you this way. So, yeah, I'm wanting you to produce my video. You see, I do this spot-on impersonation of Columbo. And what I do is, work business events and try to solve a mystery. And the big secret revealed at the end is always a joke about the boss! Isn't that great? So yeah, I need you to produce that. I'm thinking maybe $4,000 will cover it? It's just me up on stage doing my Columbo act - oh and also the opening will be the Fabulous Bottle Dancers - you haven't seen them? Well when you call to discuss producing my video I will send you a free tape of the Fabulous Bottle Dancers...I also have diabetes - did I mention that?

I'll never forget the day that Jon
held an impromptu concert in Union
Square. Small children flocked from
all corners, towing their reluctant
parents behind them, while Jon sang
about the beauty of threesomes.
Luckily, Jon's quick wit and ability
to adapt to all situations kicked in,
and he switched chords to belt
out "Old McDonald." The children and
their 'rents left the park that day a
little bit happier, a little more
uplifted. Spend some time with this
gem, and you'll feel that way, too.

What do I have to say about Jon.
Well, for one, I haven't seen him in 5
years. But I am not surprised with
his success as a musician. If he was
at the Elbow Room in San Fran w/o my
knowing, then I'm bummed.
