About Me:
The next gen librarians look to the future and celebrate the
possibility of youth, and the promise of change. We cross
the bridge to the future and a world of possibilities, while
ever mindful of those who have come before. We share the
values of our library brethren, in opposing censorship, and
fighting against those who would choose to dampen the light
of wisdom.

Who I Want to Meet:
We seek other like-minded library folks--librarians, library students, or other library workers--to join us in the journey to
tomorrow. While we hate to exclude non-library people, Next Gen is for librarians, library-staffers, and people working to become librarians. If you don't have the word librarian or library or something else which indicates you're in the library biz in your profile, we want to hear from you before we add you.
We are also interested in progressive "cause"--sters, clever "idea"--sters, and certain "place"--sters such as universities and libraries.
