Tom is punctual, a necessity for anybody handling the 'mails. He enjoys walking around carrying shit (app trail), he likes bad weather (tele), and he likes hanging out with men in uniform. But the PG doesn't deliver mail himself, spend time with mail carriers, or face inclement weather. Rather, he sits there, feet up, collecting gov't paychecks.
Enter TK. Given minimal training, he would quickly master the art of not looking too busy, dolling out jobs to ne'er-do-wells, and drinking on the job. He would be a master delegator, peerless hooky-player, creator extraodinaire of ingenious corruption schemes.
He's also the best English / Spanish trivia player runner-up I've met.
