Our band Lanaeia came to be about almost 2 years ago. Most of us are from Bacolod City and our drummer Mac2x is from a nearby town-Saravia (just an hour and a half drive away from the city). We can pretty much say we are all proud Negrenses. We all started out as friends and we realized that we all have a common drive for making music. So we started making our own compositions with each and everyone's contribution to it. And since we all have different musical influences we do our best of merging all of it into how we sound as a band. Most of our music is greatly influenced by life in general and also by both foreign and local bands that we look up to.
