describes, but he forgot to mention
that he's also a museum rat. It's
great traveling with him on business
(London, Munich). Just don't try to
pass bad Middle Eastern pass him.
Scary... Very Scary
down for a conversation and *boom* he's
telling me about a couple books he just read,
or asked me if I've seen a movie, or telling me
about this interesting thing in the paper. He's
well informed, well read, and articulate. Turns
out he's a great travelling companion, too--
that rarest of finds--we had a great time on a
trip to Stockholm. I'm glad Marvin's around,
he's funny, knows all the good restaurants,
and keeps me on my toes!
scoop on the "secret underworld life of
Marvin Liao"... My earliest childhood
memory of Marv was of him terrorizing
me with his GI Joe combat men and
shooting me with little plastic
grenades. In high-school, he referred
to himself as the "Angel of Death"
or "The Nemesis". Despite Marv's
appetite for the "The Dark Side"....he
is a surprisingly sweet guy who never
ceases to amaze me at just how nice &
decent a guy he is....sorry for ruining
your image tough guy! =)
