actually ASKED if we could be friends.
How awestruck I must have been! She
was the warmest and most genuine Asian
woman I'd ever met when I was at the
young and impressionable age of 18.
Caroline introduced me to the wonderful
world of demerits, breaking curfew,
ditching class, and smelly rural taxi
cabs. She taught me that it's okay to
gab in adjacent bathroom stalls with
your bud, and that giving people an
unsolicited finger is NOT considered
cute. Remember how shocked we were to
feel sad about leaving Taiwan?
She has gorgeous, effortlessly-swishy
penmanship--the mark of class!
taiwan. i thought she was so cool
because despite her calm "good girl"
demeanor, she cut class all the time and
racked up enough demerits to get warned
by "the director." she's continued to
impress me like that over the years.
the song "Sweet Caroline"....What is
with that! She's cool. She likes good
music.
other person I know who Bjork has a
restraining order against for
stalking...
word "home" My childhood home is where
I grew up. Right now I am living in my
own apartment in Oslo, My home.
During fall 1999 I lived in an
apartment in Canterbury Drive in L.A.
my home abroad, but at times when it
did not feel as "home", I was lucky
enough to have a surrogate home in
Marine Street.
Caroline is a person that makes you
feel at home. She takes care of you in
a very unselfish and genuine way, and
that's a rare quality. I have often
wondered how I can respond to her
caring way of being. How can I bring
this to equilibrium? All I can say is
that I hope that Caroline and Sean
will come to Oslo one day, and I
promise that you will experience,...
pay back time!!!!
kickin like a 3 legged ninja. if i
were ever being interviewed by big boy
or some other hip hop radio station
personality and they were like, "yo,
you wanna send out and shout outs??"
id be like, "yeah big - mad shout outs
to c-money."
right here in our midst, Caroline is
also a turkey (meaning that she gives
of herself freely, expecting nothing in
return, not that she's a schmuck).
More talented than any other graphic
artist in L.A., a guru on this god-
forsaken plain of alleged angels, she
plans to eventually let her husband
stay at home full-time so that he may
work on his 'tool-shed.'
