How does this work? Is this a scam? Why is it for free?

Big companies looking to expand their internet profile run programs where they give commission to advertisers who bring them customers. Whenever you see an advert on Google, Amazon, Ebay, MySpace or anywhere else that is what is happening. Every person who clicks through the advert will earn Google or whoever a commission.

Some advertisers have taken this one step further. In order to get customers to click on the adverts and earn them their commission they offer incentives - a free gift! How can they afford to do this? Well they keep some of the commission for themselves and put the rest towards the gift. Now, they do not get enough commission from one person signing up to get the free gift so what is done is that you get some people to do the same as you did and earn more commission for the advertiser. Different gifts require different numbers of people so in order to help you understand and put this in context I will give you an example.

Let's use a Nintendo Wii as an example (though the principle is the same for any gift), in this case you would get 8 friends to sign up like you. The site offering the Wii will then get 9 lots of commission (one from you, and 8 from your friends) which will add up to around $250 to $350 - so they can afford to buy you a Wii and make a profit. They ship your Wii for free and your friends can also qualify for a Wii in the same way. It really is that simple!

All you have to do in order to earn the advertiser a commission is complete an offer with one of the sites who pay the commission. Many of them are completely free - the sites are hoping you will enjoy their service and stick with them and start paying, but there is no obligation to do this - and the ones that are not free cost no more than $10 which is nothing compared to the cost of a gift like a Playstation 3!

By now you must have heard about Xpango free gift program. If not then read the article below. Here I will present you with a great tips as how to earn credit on Xpango to exchange it with your free gift without actually spending a penny.

Simply signup for the program and register your gift. Now in promotional offers there are offers you can try to earn credit which will not cost you a single penny.

For this offers you will have to enter your credit card details but don't worry no money will be deducted from your account until and unless you agree to continue their offer beyond their trial period.

      1) You can try LoveFILM or Blockbuster, simply register (for free) and receive a free DVD rental delivered directly to your door with no postage costs, then just return them in the pre-paid envelope. Cancel your account before the 2 week trial is up. This is the best offer and you wont have to pay a penny just cancel before the trial runs out.

      2) You can also use the trial offer from Zip.ca (for Canada residents only). DVD's are shipped right to your door via first-class mail and simply return them in a postage-paid mailer. Once their trial period is over you can cancel the subscription and no money will be deducted from your account. You will this way also earn a credit.

Exception: If your not afraid to spend $1 you can try 1on1 Psychic for a $1 24/hour trial.
