Everyone else hates my favorite book, so I shan't say, but I just read In Cold Blood, and that was really good, and Middlesex, and Geek Love, and White Teeth, and I read Dolly Parton's autobio on the can; I also think I've read all of David Mitchell's books, and I think I really liked them all

In spite of the testimonials, there's less debauchery now. There's more to me than theme songs, but perhaps not that much more. I don't get the Bateman comparisons, but I guess they're flattering. I'm connected to loads of hot bands through a cat.

Chrissie Hynde. Or duh - Clive Owen. Or double duh - Kim Deal. OR someone who can explain to me when and why dog-and-pony shows got such a bad name. I mean, I would LOVE to see a show built around the performance of both dogs and ponies - wouldn't that be wicked fun!?
