About Me:
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. That makes me
Canadian, but I've been living here in California, by way
of Bakersfield, Carson, Long Beach, and Rowland Heights,
for twelve years now. I dont have a Canadian accent
anymore, so dont ask me to say aboot, hoouse, or wicked. I
dont end every phrase by saying EH!, I tend to say dude a
lot more though. I've come to realize that you can have a
whole conversation with the word dude, it's all in the
expression and the tone you say it (you should try it
sometime).
I have dreadlocks, which is unatural for Pilipinos. I
didnt get them for reasons of vanity, rather I decided to
grow them as an exercise in patience, loyalty, hardwork,
and a belief in animism. I use a special shampoo that
allows me to wash my locks and scalp whenever I want
(usually about every other day), so my head is not dirty
at all. I dont know when I am going to cut them because I
have a sentimental attachment to them. They are a
testament of the past 3 and a half years of my life seeing
all of my good and bad times.
I love all types of music, it's one of the things
that make my "SOUL IRIE". I believe that music is life,
and that everyone has a soundtrack to thier lives. Right
now, mine has a lot of funk and soul in it. I get the
highest high when I hear musicians play ill solos on thier
instruments especially guitars, horns, vibraphones, and
percussion. I believe in the four elements of hip hop, but
I appriciate rock 'n f***'n roll, and the music that my
dad used to play on his record player. I believe that Bob
Marley was half right when he said "One good thing about
music is when it hits you feel no pain" because music can
evoke pain and sadness though its composition and lyrics
just listen to Kind of Blue by Miles Davis or any
Dashboard Confessional song. Nonetheless it's a good
quote.
I like to go out to cool spots for the occaisional drink
(or two), good mus

and if they
were still alive... my Nanay, John Lennon, Stevie Ray
Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, Dr. Jose Rizal, Marvin Gaye, Bruce

respect due for thier contributions to the world. Oh yeah

few peoples in this world (other than
my parents and my best friend) that
actually has an influence on
me...thanks wes..

intellectually stimulating individual
and a great artist, girls...boy can he

guy i have farted in front of (and
thta is by accident). dorrito chip,
landing strip, or v. which do you

toilet. "who's thick? who's thin?"
MAKE OUT SPOT! what did we learn?
bomba watching at a young age.
learning girl on girl action. calling
sex phone lines. haha. "something must
be wrong if i can come up with a list
of top 10 hot girls, but not 10 hot
guys". ohhhhh what love we share! i
truly had a great time hanging out
with you as we were total slackers at
254. our friendship has gone up
another level and it just reminds me
why we will be friends for life! thank
you for the random ass conversations,
the non-stop laughter, the drinking,
and the chain smoking!! LOVE YOU!
Wes likes me too much, he called me his
arch nemisis...Hmmm! Little does he
know that he is my favorite B-town boy!
He is the biggest dork but he's cool I
guess!
homie? Believe it or not, Wes used to
be a real quite, shy guy when I first
met him because he was from Canada. He
used to look at all us cool PAC folks
kickin' it at the Ala Mode as he sat at
a table by himself feeding the pigeons
his lwft overs from Chick-Fila. I felt
bad for him and invited him to sit at
the cool table with us at the Ala Mode.
I would feed him Canadian bacon with
pan de sal, got him a new funky
wardrobe, and even pursuaded him to get
them dreads done in his hair. All of a
sudden he became so cool and
popular...and he even became one of the
lead character's in the PCN that year.
And that's Wesleigh's story of how he
became one of the coolest guys in the
LB. Now, there is no stopping this bad-
ass mutha-packa! I miss you Mang!
love for Wes. Not just because we share the
same birthday and the same parties, but there
so many qualities I admire about him. okay so
here i go...I dig his style, his uniqueness, his
sweetness, his passion when he plays the
guitar, and his open-minded self. Most of all I
dig that his heart and soul always captures the
essence of good music when he hears it. Yer
the best Wes! Thanks for kinda-sorta taking
care of me when i was ill in the car up north!
Yeah...i saw the pictures!
